Burgas is thought of as a city of artists. What it will look like through your eyes will only become clear as you get to know it better. A walk along the seaside, a visit to a museum or a gallery - Burgas undoubtedly has plenty to offer.

Without additional research, the owners decided to name the newly opened hotel after the street on which it is located - Konstantin Fotinov. With pedagogical education, a passion for literature, and an interest in geography and history, both of them made the decision to establish a small library in the hotel.
Years later, the owners discovered that the building was extremely close to the Fotinov Library and Fotinov School exsisting from 1882-1883. Today, the small hotel library contains publications and books in various languages.
